The McCue team aim to ensure that the first fifty years of McCue’s history acts as a solid foundation for its trajectory over the next fifty. Our management team is populated with both youth and experience, with many long -standing members of staff – some who started with the Company at apprentice level – now acting at senior management level. This wealth of experience is balanced with other practitioners who have emerged from an academic background in relevant disciplines.

Graduated with Executive Secretary’s Diploma in 2001. Joined McCue in 2002 as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, with 4 years previous experience in a property consultancy firm.  Shirley is an integral part of the company, assisting efficiently in the varying responsibilities of this demanding role.

Graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast in 2004 with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering.  Bob subsequently joined McCue Interior Fitout Solutions as a site supervisor and progressed to contracts manager in 2005.  To date, Bob has managed all sizes of contracts, varying from smaller jobs to multi million pound projects

Joined McCue as a wood machinist in August 1999, where he trained to become a qualified CNC operative.  In Jan 2003, Stephen progressed to become an integral part of McCue's setting out department. However, his abilities and impressive track record signified another promotion. In October 2005, Stephen became McCue's Production Manger, overseeing all aspects of production, in conjunction with the operations and contracts managers. 

Joined McCue Interior Fitout Solutions in 2002 as an administrator.  Progressed to set up and manage human resources and the administration team.  Currently heading up Investors in People for accreditation in 2007 to support the continued growth of the company and it’s commitment to our employees and customers alike.
