Meaning “happy meeting place” in Thai, McCue completed a culinary adventure of Thai and Vietnamese dining with the emergence of Saba Restaurant, in the heart of Dublin’s city centre.

After establishing a successful and solid working relationship with Grainne Weber Architects, McCue’s transformation of this new and exciting eatery took just 12 weeks.

The intricate and distinctive features of polished concrete flooring, decorative internal timber screening, to the external feature glass balustrade, aptly reflects upon the culinary delights that await the palate inside.  The design partnership and fit out allows the discerning diner to try the interesting and unusual fusion of flavours on the black backdrop of relaxing modern sophistication.
