As main contractors on this innovative bar project, McCue transformed an empty two storey building into one of Ireland’s most modern and memorable spaces. Designed by Box Architects in Belfast, McCue was commissioned to fit out the interior space of this striking addition to Belfast’s burgeoning nightlife. The project represented a collaborative approach, with McCue managing the contract and McCue providing specialist joinery and construction details.
With its exposed ducting, cocktail deck, concrete bar and a host of post-industrial features, Tatu was awarded best commercial interior in the IDI National Design Awards and the National Association of Shop-fitters’ Design Partnership Award. |
